What this is: one pre-registered rule from the 2026-09-23 weather research
review, run prospectively without any changes. At each city's local noon the frozen model scores every
YES contract; it buys (on paper, $10 max) only when its edge exceeds 5¢ after fees, at most one
market per city per day, filled against the live order book 60–180s later or recorded as unfilled.
The research estimate was fragile (+4.1¢/contract, gone without its two best days). This page just
watches; the verdict waits for the checkpoint.
